Svenskt trä (Swedish Wood) is an organization that promotes wood due to its eco-friendly and sustainable nature. The organisation spreads knowledge, provides inspiration and encourages the development of wood, wooden products and timber construction. The goal is to increase the use of wood both in Sweden and internationally through spreading knowledge, sharing information and providing inspiration.

Folkhem Wood is a renowned Swedish developer, jointly owned by the companies Rikshem, Veidekke and Folkhem. The company focuses on the development of housing in Sweden, using timber as the main construction material. Their project Strandparken is the World’s first eight-storey building built entirely in wood, using modern timber construction methods.
